This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription plans, digital content, research summaries, courses, and any other services (“Services”) provided by Sunil Madhav Sanapala to healthcare professionals and related users (“Users”). By subscribing or accessing our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Because this material is digital and delivered instantly, certain restrictions on refunds apply.


  1. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by User

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation will stop future billing.
Access to premium content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (see Section 3).

2.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts for reasons including:

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content
Fraudulent activity
Non-payment

In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

3.1 Refunds for Subscriptions

Because our content is digital, specialized, and delivered instantly, we typically do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged.

However, we may consider a partial or full refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payments
Technical issues preventing access to the platform (verified and ongoing)
Accidental renewal reported within 48 hours of charge

3.2 Refunds for One-Time Purchases

Refunds for individual research reports, downloadable content, or digital products are not provided, as these items are considered consumed once accessed or downloaded.

Previously accessed or downloaded content


  1. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

Users may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the fees are non-refundable.


  1. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

Contact support within 7 days of the charge.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a refund if warranted.


  1. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
